Welcome to our charming Provençal villa nestled in the heart of Saint-Mandrier Village, in a peaceful and green setting — the perfect place for a family holiday between sea and nature.
From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by the charm of this bright home opening onto a magnificent tree-filled garden, a true haven of peace. Several outdoor areas invite you to fully enjoy sunny days: a large table for family meals, a shaded aperitif corner under a parasol, sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine… Not to mention a hidden little spot beneath the trees, with two deck chairs and a lovely glimpse of the sea.
The villa offers spacious, warm, and comfortable living areas:
- a pleasant dining room with large bay windows opening onto the garden,
- a fully equipped and welcoming kitchen perfect for cooking together,
- a practical utility room,
- a bright living room opening onto a small terrace.
Sleeping arrangements:
Ground floor:
- one air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed,
-a separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- one air-conditioned bedroom (pink room) with a double bed,
- one air-conditioned bedroom (orange room) with an en-suite shower room, private toilet, and balcony with a partial sea view,
- one small bedroom (green room) with a pull-out bed,
- one independent shower room with double sinks.

The villa is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the famous coastal path (“Sentier des Douaniers”) leading to Grave Beach, perfect for swimming and seaside walks.
