This attractive contemporary villa is stylishly decorated. Many of the room enjoy stunning views over the lake.. The open-plan living space includes 2 sofas, a fireplace, a large flatscreen TV and a dining table. Two sets of glass doors open onto the private balconies. The larger balcony has a sofa and armchairs where guests can relax, enjoying their peaceful surroundings. On the smaller balcony, there is a small table and chairs for snacks al fresco.

Back indoors, the kitchen is separated from the dining area by a convenient breakfast bar. The sleek, modern kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge, freezer and a coffee machine.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The elegant master bedroom on the lower floor has a king-size double bed, positioned so that guests can appreciate their glorious surroundings. Glass doors open directly onto the garden with lake views. There is also an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: On the upper level, this comfortable bedroom has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: This airy bedroom is on the lower level and is furnished with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has glass doors onto the garden and views over the lake.
Bedroom 4: Also on the garden level with glass doors looking out over the lake, this bedroom has 2 double beds and a wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: En suite to the master bedroom, this bathroom is appointed with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: On the upper floor, an independent bathroom with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The villa is in a very quiet location, but just a 5-minute drive to the heart of the town and the lakeside.

Stresa is best known for its grand Art Deco villas and elegant hotels. Its lakefront promenade gives visitors the perfect location for admiring both the lake and the town. Stresa hosts many international cultural festivals, including cinematic and musical events throughout the year.

The Borromean Islands make a wonderful day out. Visitors can discover beautiful villas, gardens and churches. There are regular ferries to the islands from Stresa.

For self-catering, Stresa’s market (Friday mornings) is a treasure trove for the best local produce. Otherwise, there are many excellent grocery shops and supermarkets close by.

Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 55-minute drive.
