The Space:

Pine + Powder is a thoughtfully updated Sunriver home designed for comfort, connection, and easy access to everything Central Oregon has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the layout works well for families or small groups, offering shared gathering spaces along with room to unwind.



Please note: This home is currently being professionally designed and fully furnished, with completion targeted for the Fourth of July weekend. Some furnishings and finishes may differ from listing photos, but all updates are intentionally selected to enhance comfort, style, and functionality for larger groups. Final layouts will include expanded seating throughout the home and outdoor spaces, comfortably accommodating 8–10 guests in key gathering areas such as the living room, dining area, and outdoor decks. *Not pictured yet, but will be at the property for use by July 1st: larger sofa, dining table that seats 10, 8 bikes, 6 person hot tub, ping pong table.



The main living area is designed for gathering, with a spacious sectional sofa that seats six and four additional lounge chairs. The open layout flows into the dining area, which seats up to 10 guests—ideal for meals, games, and time together after exploring Sunriver. Entry is on the second level, with living spaces upstairs and all bedrooms downstairs for added privacy.



Entertainment includes two TVs with cable and streaming access, plus Bluetooth Sonos speakers for easy music throughout the home.



Step outside to enjoy three separate decks, perfect for morning coffee, or afternoons grilling on the BBQ for easy meals and relaxed evenings at home. A private hot tub is tucked among the pines, offering a peaceful year-round retreat.



Inside the garage, guests will find a ping pong table for friendly competition and extra indoor fun. The two-car garage provides parking and gear storage, and an EV charger is available for added convenience.



Guests also have access to bikes for exploring Sunriver’s extensive paved trail system, along with 8 included SHARC passes for pools, waterslides, and seasonal recreation just minutes away. The home’s location near The Village makes dining, coffee, shopping, and entertainment easily accessible by foot or bike.



Pine + Powder blends modern updates with relaxed mountain living, creating a comfortable base for summer adventures, winter ski trips, and everything in between. We can't wait to host you!



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This is a private residence reserved exclusively for your stay. We are nearby and available if you need anything or have questions during your visit, but you’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your time at Pine + Powder.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will check in using a keyless entry code for convenient self check-in at any time after arrival. We’re available when needed via message or phone and happy to help with anything during your stay, but we’ll otherwise give you your space to relax and enjoy your stay.
