The Little Shepherds Hut with a View consists of a single-storey studio-style open-plan living space with double bed, kitchenette, and dining area. The kitchenette includes a hob and kettle, with solar-powered electricity and 4G phone signal available. There is an external shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Amenities include fuel and power inc. in rent, and bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with decking, furniture, fire pit, and countryside views, as well as off-road parking for 1 car, extra parking for an additional car available at a cost of GBP5 payable to the owner. One small dog is welcome.. Sorry, no smoking. Note: No WiFi. Note: Booking includes an annual membership to Green Camping. Note: This is a rustic, off-grid shepherd’s hut with basic facilities. The little rural community boasts a popular pub and village store and is surrounded by the breathtaking Mid Wales countryside. Fabulous walking can be done in the Radnor Forest and just ten miles away are the fantastic Elan Valley reservoirs and impressive Victorian dams. Take a trip to Rhayader, a bustling Welsh market town with a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, amenities and unique little boutiques, including local antiques, as well as the added bonus of a leisure centre with a large swimming pool and a weekly livestock market. You can also visit Builth Wells, where the Spring Festival, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and Winter Fair are all held annually.
