A short walk brings you to White Pond, ideal for swimming, or kayaking. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee with a view or exploring local beaches and shops, this home has everything for a relaxing and memorable stay.
Entire main level and lower level. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Main level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, deck, outdoor space. Lower level includes 1 bedroom and 1 bath as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer
Maximum Occupancy: No more than 5 guests may occupy the Property at any one time. Violation may result in immediate termination of the Guest stay without refund.
Check-In / Check-Out Times: Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the Property and within 10 feet of any entrance. Violation will result in a deep cleaning fee.
Pets: Pets are not permitted
Events and Parties: No events, parties, or gatherings in excess of 7 people are permitted except with written permission.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Trash and Recycling: Guests are responsible for bagging trash and placing it in designated receptacles prior to check-out. Trash days are Monday and Thursday. Recycling is Tuesday. You do not need to bring bins to the street.
Prohibited Items: The following are prohibited on the Property: firearms, illegal substances, fireworks, motorized recreational vehicles.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the Property beyond normal wear and tear. Manager may charge the Guest`s payment method on file for documented damages.
Conduct: Guests agree to comply with all applicable laws, HOA rules, and local ordinances while occupying the Property. Any Guest who violates these rules may be required to vacate the Property immediately.
Access: Access to the Garage and attic are strictly prohibited
Cameras: Host uses an outdoor camera for security purposes at the front entrance.
