I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach-FL. It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen Large bathroom and balcony. There is cable, WiFi, washer and dryer onsite and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking allowed. The property also has outdoor sitting areas, out door showers to wash off after the beach and a grill.

As you can see from the pictures there is covered parking as well as additional parking in the back if you wish to bring a boat, jet skis, etc.

Within the property: there is 1 bedroom has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, dining table, seats 4 total. The living room is very spacious with two chairs and a couch. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv. There is one bathroom and a large closet. There is a washer and dryer onsite with cable, and wifi included. The TV's are new, smart tv's so you can use your personal info to log into any app you wish.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
