Fully air-conditioned, it has 2 bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding, one of which has a partial sea view and a 160x200 bed. The second is modular with 2 single beds 90x200 or 1 double bed 180x200. You will also find 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two terraces to enjoy the Mediterranean sun.

On the first level, you will enjoy a pleasant bright living room including the living room, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a terrace.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms as well as two bathrooms, 1 toilet, allow everyone to enjoy their space. Some rooms can be prepared with a large double bed or two single beds depending on your needs.
The accommodation has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, quality bedding, bed linen and towels provided, as well as a parking space.
The accommodations are located on the upper floors of the villa. Access to the accommodations are via an internal staircase.
Only a few meters walk from the beach, in a quiet area of Carnon-Plage, you will enjoy an ideal environment between the sea, marina, restaurants and shops. Located between Montpellier, La Grande-Motte and Palavas-les-Flots, the residence is the perfect starting point to discover the Mediterranean coast, the ponds and the many water activities in the region.
