BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT "Feet in water" of 110 sqm, on the ground floor, in a private building, new, very high standard, high of two floors, arranged at best for you to enjoy a sunny and pleasant holiday.
This newly built apartment with direct access to the beach is ideal for those wishing to explore the Languedoc-Roussillon region, promising an unforgettable holiday for up to 6 people. This nest is through, modern, bright, with terrace closed by sliding metal panels "maillorquines" on the side and front, enjoying an exceptional location on the very long beach of Carnon - La Grande Motte. A private gate gives direct access to the CARNON beach. The decoration is very neat.
The luxurious lounge overlooking the beach is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy a good book on the comfortable sofa or one of the various services, including a flat screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The American kitchen has the best home appliances, if you decide to cook a treat of local ingredients. Enjoy your meals around the casual dining table that seats 8 people. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea.
You will get a good night's sleep in one of the three rooms. All rooms have access to a balcony with sea view. The master bedroom is 'en suite' with its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two separate beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Another spotless bathroom with bath is attributed to these two rooms. All bathrooms have an electric towel warmer.
A crib with a mattress is available on request as well as a high chair.
A washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are provided for your convenience.
Towels, sheets and the local tourist tax are all included in the rental price.

It is recommended to smoke only outdoors.

A week with family in a well-appointed & tastefully decorated space. Instant access to the beach. An awning that shades outdoor dining & a very private social area. Secure parking. Thank you Kathleen! We would love to come back and we highly recommend this beachside haven to any future guests!

Kathleen's apartment met all expectations. It is spacious, fully equipped and thanks to the great location with direct access to the beach, nothing stands in the way of a wonderful holiday right by the sea. The location is such that you can still reach the centre of Carnon on foot, but for larger purchases and with smaller kids it is recommended to have a car, which can be parked on the fenced property.
Communication with the host was excellent with short response times and in case of need a direct contact on site would also be available.
In a nutshell, everything was just right and we can highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back again.
