About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming 250 m² house for rent in the village of Plouguiel, which can accommodate up to 11 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 500 m². Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with dining area,
- A 50 m² lounge with sofas, TV, fireplace and pool table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds (90×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed (120×190)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 500 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally situated in Plouguiel, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Paimpol, approximately 18 km away; Lannion, approximately 22 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne, approximately 165 km away
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region
Other comments:
- The fireplace is functional and the first flame is free of charge. Subsequent flames can be provided for a supplement of €10/flame.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The owners also have 2 other units in the same residence if you are looking for several units for a family trip: La Grange, which can accommodate 7 people, and Le Penty, which can accommodate 4 people.
