The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together. Enjoy your private balcony overlooking greenery and the garden. For sunny days, a sunshade is available. The quiet neighborhood provides a relaxing atmosphere; the forest is just a 1-minute walk away and is great for jogging or walks.



You can park on the street, and a shared bike storage room is available. A communal washing machine and dryer add extra convenience. An additional folding bed can be provided in the bedroom or a separate room for a fifth guest.
