Brook Trout Cottage is a comfortable and cozy Sebago Lake cottage with room for up to 5 guests. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, it’s a great fit for families, small groups, or guests looking for a relaxed Maine lake getaway. Sip your morning coffee on the Brook Trout deck, take in the lake-life surroundings, and enjoy a simple, welcoming home base on Sebago’s west shore.
Inside, guests will find convenient comforts like a kitchen, air conditioning, and wireless internet. Whether you’re spending the day swimming, exploring the area, or relaxing after time by the water, Brook Trout Cottage offers the classic comfort and charm of a Maine cottage stay.
Guests can enjoy a private grill right on their deck, plus access to the Association Beach directly across the street. For another nearby swimming option, the town beach is just a short drive away. After a day on Sebago Lake, guests can unwind around one of the two shared fire pits on the property, with firewood provided for an easy Maine evening.
Brook Trout Cottage is also located on the same property as our sister company, Sportsman’s Kitchen & Keg, making it easy to enjoy great food, drinks, and a lively local atmosphere without having to go far.
Sebago West Shore Cottages are a wonderful getaway in every season, offering a cozy and comfortable home base for summer lake days, fall foliage, winter weekends, and peaceful spring escapes.
Best for: families, small groups, lake weekends, and guests looking for a cozy Sebago Lake cottage with a little extra room.
We allow a maximum of two dogs only with a non-refundable pet fee of $15 per dog, per night.
At this time we are unable to accommodate any other pets besides dogs. Please no cats, etc.
We kindly ask that you do not allow your dog on any furniture or bedding and that you clean-up after your dog in all areas of our property.
Our neighboring restaurant, Sportsman`s Kitchen & Keg, allows well-behaved dogs on a leash on our patio, at our outdoor tiki bar, and any outdoor space. Dogs are not permitted inside the restaurant.
