The open-concept kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and is fully equipped. In addition to a stove and oven, an espresso machine is also available—perfect for your morning coffee.
At the dining table, you can enjoy meals together or wind down at the end of the day.
A special highlight is the loggia, where you can breathe in the fresh sea air and enjoy the view.
The bathroom is practical and bright, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a makeup mirror.
