Lovely & unusual. Kind host.

This was a fun overnight before backpacking Jakob’s Way. It was ideal & we enjoyed being high up above the world before our walk. A comfortable bed, and it was kind that there was coffee and filters for our morning start. The Owner was so kind and friendly greeting us to get us in, and was easy to communicate with to meet. Highly recommended for a simple and unusual room. And kindness on the road is sweet too.

Für 2 Nächte erträglich.

Die Lage bzw. Aussicht war super! Gastgeber bzw. Herr Greve sehr nett. Das Bett war bequem. Der Balkon war toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Kein Problem mit dem Fahrstuhl.

Der Zustand der Wohnung war sehr abgerockt. Die Gardine hing teilweise aus der Schiene, Müll in der Küche nicht ausgeleert. Im Badezimmer keine Steckdose für den Fön bzw. Rasierapparat. Schimmel über der Badewanne bzw. löste sich die Tapete dort ab. Das Fenster im Wohnraum ließ sich nicht öffnen. Keine Steckdose in der Küchenzeile, somit konnte keine Küchengeräte dort anschließen.

Kurz und bündig...ganz ehrlich...was für ein Drecksloch:-( Von den Mängeln die schon länger bekannt sind wie kaputte Fliesen im Bad, so schlimmer Schimmel im Bad das wir dort nicht duschen wollten,Vorhänge die nur noch an einem Zipfel hängen, die Einrichtung die schon ziemlich abgerockt ausschaut, Küchengeräte die überall in der Wohnung verstreut aufgestellt sind die man aber nicht in der KüchenZeile mangels Steckdose nutzen kann, Internet das es leider nicht gab, Stromkabel die ohne Lüsterklemme einfach aus der Wand schauen, Rauchmelder die nicht funktionieren, an jeder Wand unansehnliche Risse die mit etwas Farbe besser ausschauen...usw usw usw .......für den Preis und nur 1 Nacht....ok....kann man alles akzeptieren ......aber was dem ganzen die Krone aufsetzt......der ganze Dreck..... Überall....ein Gläser Schrank wo so fett der Staub ist das man dort nicht aus irgendeinem Glas trinken möchte, jegliche Armatur, Bedienelemte, Teppich, Lampen, Bad, Fenster an dem der Schmodder, Handabdrücke vom Vorgänger noch zu sehen sind usw....alles total verstaubt und und null geputzt. Wir waren kurz vor wieder abreisen weil wir denken das dann auch das Bettzeug nicht von Gast zu Gast gewechselt wird. Bei Ankunft wurde alles zu genebelt mit Duftspray....später stank alles muffig und rauchig. Klar....neue Möbel, Sanierung das kostet alles und muss nach und nach erneuert werden...aber so ungeputzt und verdreckt staubig ....das geht gar nicht. Bin nicht pingelig oder sonst was...wir reden hier von normaler Hygiene. Sind 4-5 x im Jahr in Schleswig und das war das erste und letzte Mal dort...sorry Finn.....deine 15 minütige Verspätung zum Termin obwohl du schon vor Ort warst war schon geschäftlich unprofessionell aber deine Buzze...ein No Go. Wir sind oft im Wikingerturm und Umgebung...kennen uns also ein wenig aus...unser Tip , gebt lieber 10 €mehr aus und ihr habt ein Apartment was sauber ist und mit Liebe und Hingabe für sein Handwerk eingerichtet...

Eine Unterkunft mit einmaliger Aussicht und freundlichen Gastgebern

Die Lage war hervorragend, die Aussicht war super toll. Man konnte auch alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen und selbst wenn nicht war eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Außerdem gab es in der Nähe ein gutes asiatisches Restaurant und gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Vor allem waren aber die Gastgeber super nett, sehr gut erreichbar und haben uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben.

Wir hatten ein anderes Appartment bekommen, von daher ist der Teil nicht 100% übertragbar bzw kann sein dass es tatsächlich im eigentlichen Appartment besser ist... das Bett war etwas klein, vor allem wenn man als Freunde verreist. Das Geschirr hätte sauberer sein können. Das Wlan war leider auch sehr langsam. Zu dem Preis aber voll ok

Tolle Lage im Turm - 14. Stock. Gleich daneben das East, ein sehr gutes asiatisches Restaurant. Idealer Ort für eine wunderschöne Radtour nach Schleswig und in das grüne Umfeld. Schleswig ist ein bezauberndes Städtchen an der Schlei. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Klíče jsme vyzvedli úplně jinde než je ubytovaní, bez pomoci bychom ubytování nenašli. Nikde není napsané že je to v obrovském věžáku a byt je ve 14 poschodí.

HE PASADO UNA MALA NOCHE Y NO LO RECOMIENDO, SE PUEDE MEJORAR LA ATENCIÓN, LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación y las vistas.

El apartamento y cocina no estaba muy limpio, había telas de araña y bichos. No había internet cuando llegué (dijo que quizás habían robado el aparato, pero creo que hay que revisar antes de que llegue un huésped que todo esté bien) y tardaron más de una hora en venir a ponerlo. Las cortinas estaban rotas y descolgadas. Todo daba sensación de suciedad. La ropa de cama se veía muy gastada y no muy limpia, además ya hace calor y era ropa de invierno. El anfitrión simplemente me dio las llaves y no me explicó inicialmente nada, tuve que ir preguntando, con la barrera idiomática. Lo más fácil habría sido explicar bien todo desde el principio como por ejemplo, cómo funciona el ascensor o donde se tira la basura. Además se indica que hay aparcamiento en las instalaciones y no es así. Tienes que tener suerte para poder aparcar en la vía pública, donde haya sitio y lo más cerca que puedas, teniendo en cuenta que si viajas, lo haces con maletas y bultos, lo cual complica la entrada y salida.

Die Lage und der Preis waren top.

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Haare im Bett, Schimmel an der Wand an der Dusche Kaputte Vorhänge defekte Fliesen und ein benutztes Kondom unterm Bett. Mehr muss ich dazu wohl nicht sagen. Meine Bewertung ist noch recht positiv ausgefallen.

Zweckmässig schön für mich!

An sich war es sehr schön und unkompliziert. Sehr zuvorkommend .wurde mit Taxi vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Der Ausblick ,das Bett der Balkon Küchenzeile Top. Am Abreisetag durfte ich erst um 14.00 Uhr ausschecken da men Zug erst um 15:39 fuhr.

Allerdings hat das toiettenpapier und die Seife am waschbecken gefeht .Zewa nicht vorhanden . Zum ZUstand der Wohnung könnte zwecks Gesundheit verbessert werden (Schimmel ) im Bad und teilweise abgerissene Übergardienen. Danke

Die Lage, die Abwicklung war unkompliziert, dass es eine Badewanne gab.

Das Bett war so weich, dass ich Rückenschmerzen bekam. Die Möbel waren brauchbar aber ziemlich „runtergewohnt“. Eine Tür des Wohnzimmerschranks fiel mir entgegen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war getrübt durch ein häßliches Netz mit dem der gesamte Balkon umhüllt war.

Pracht plek, hoge ronde torenflat in de haven, loopafstand van centrum. Verhuurder (niet gezien, alleen ge-appt) is erg aardig en behulpzaam

Beetje sleets: gordijn hing los, afzuiging keuken (zelfde ruimte als bed) maakte veel lawaai, geen afzuiging in badkamer, badkamer felle lamp, etc.
