Our resort style Scottsdale condo is located on the 1st floor and in a great location near great Restaurants, Golf, Spring Training Ball Parks, Casinos, Hiking Trails, Mayo Clinic and more. Easy access to neighboring cities like Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe and Chandler.



This condo is located on the ground floor (no stairs) and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. You will feel right at home as you walk in the door. The living room has sofa and 2 chairs along with a with a 55” smart TV with cable. There is a spacious back patio just off the living room with outdoor chairs. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, cookware and kitchen utensils. There is seating for 6 at the round table just off the kitchen. The guest bathroom has a single sink and a tub/shower combo plus there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.



The master bedroom has a King size bed, 50” Smart TV with cable, 2 closets and a private bathroom with a single sink and walk in shower and an arcadia door with direct access to the back patio. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds so a total of 4 twin beds.



The community amenities are top notch and features a heated pool & spa, BBQ grills, fitness room with ellipticals, treadmills and some weights, steam room & sauna, business center, community area living room with TV and kitchen.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
