Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to stay for 4 months on short notice—moving to Arizona temporarily for medical treatment. Casa Delight served us well. It's a cozy little place with a unique design. The pool & hot tub are small & perfect for our two little kids. We did have an incident in which the garage was having problems, and the manager of the property insisted that we had broken it. There was a tense exchange with my wife, and ultimately they didn't try to force us to pay for it. Other than that, we had a good stay & would recommend this place if the price works for you. Housing in Scottsdale is not cheap!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Delightful 3rd stay despite the cold weather this year. Had an issue w a barking dog next door but handled by the manager. Very responsive whenever notified. Clean. New stove, oven and microwave. Close to shopping, golf and restaurants we enjoy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In October / November 2021, we rented this house for the 2nd time. The first time was pre-pandemic in November 2019. The house must have had much traffic over the past few years. it is tired looking and needs a face-lift. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay but will look for a different place next year unless the current Owner spruces up the place over the next few months.
