About this house rental
In 2025, Niels and Ramona extensively renovated the Landliv Huus and furnished it with high-quality furniture and many thoughtful details.
You’ll find a modern home nestled in a beautiful farm garden on the edge of the family’s farm.
The centerpiece is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and access to the garden. Adjacent to it is the living area with a corner sofa, a reading chair, and a smart TV in the sun-drenched sunroom, offering a stunning view of the rolling hills. The larger bedroom features a unique family bed: It can be used as a standard double bed (180x200 cm) and extended on both sides by 80x200 cm each for children, creating a wonderful sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom is also versatile: the two box-spring beds can be used either as single beds (80x200 cm) or pushed together to form a double bed (160x200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. The entire first floor is equipped with radiant floor heating. On the covered terrace, you can relax in a beach chair or sit together. The entire property is fenced (fence height: 0.90 m along the dense hedge area, otherwise 1.20 m).
The basement area has also been renovated to make it comfortable. Here you’ll find a laundry room with a washer-dryer combo. The biggest highlight, however, is the game room with a dartboard, foosball table, and other fun activities for kids of all ages.
Adjacent to the Landliv Huus is the newly built vacation home Landliv Stuuv (45 square meters) for 2–3 people and a dog. Both vacation homes have separate parking spaces and entrances. If you’re interested in both cottages, we’d be happy to offer a discount!
In addition to the owner’s family, the sprawling farm is home to 85 dairy cows as well as female calves and young cattle. In addition, the fields surrounding the farm are cultivated, so there’s always something going on here. From April through October, up to three RV sites are also available on the meadow across from the two vacation homes.
