A special feature is the large, bright kitchen with a dining area and a view of the spacious garden. The living room, with its corner sofa and wood-burning stove (wood included!), is a true haven of comfort. From here, you can watch the farm’s horses and the deer in the fields. The three brightly furnished bedrooms—two with double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm) and one with a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm)—at the end of the hallway are wonderful places to relax. The modern bathroom with underfloor heating features a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine.

At the back of the house on the first floor is the apartment’s large terrace with access to the garden. The property is completely fenced in (fence height 1.00 m to 1.50 m) and is a great place for children and dogs to explore. For children, there’s a swing set and climbing frame, as well as a large trampoline. Plus, a ping-pong table, playground equipment, a fire pit, and lounge chairs are perfect for enjoying time in the garden!
