The terrace has a barbecue and dining area from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the bay of Marbella. It has five very nice bedrooms en suite, five bathrooms and a guest toilet. In addition, this villa has a basement flat but with natural light, with independent entrance, fully equipped, with kitchen, bathroom, living room and a bedroom. The property has a gymnasium and a sauna. Private covered garage for two cars. It has several covered and uncovered terraces as well as a porch area with garden.
