The apartment is air-conditioned and very sunny; both the bedroom and living room open onto the loggia. Highly functional, it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday: entrance with storage, separate WC, shower room, open-plan kitchen/living room facing the loggia, and a bedroom with large closets and a double bed (140cm), also opening onto the loggia. The apartment includes a washing machine, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher... everything you need. As for parking, rest assured, the garage with an electric door is easily accessible; no maneuvering or stairs required as it's on the ground floor.
