Ideal for a getaway for two or with two children, the studio is equipped in the living room with a 2-seater Murphy bed (140x190cm) composed of a 25 cm thick mattress and a 2-seater convertible BZ (140x190cm) composed of an 18 cm thick mattress in the loggia. New and fully equipped kitchen. In the entrance, several cupboards with plenty of storage. Round dining table for 4 to 6 people.
The studio enjoys a double exposure South and South-West at the corner of the residence offering sunshine throughout the day as well as a breathtaking view of the swimming pool. Secure swimming pool open from June to September and supervised July and August, access with badge provided mandatory (x4).
