When you're not basking in the glory of Great Smokies scenery, the
resort offers plenty of amenities, beginning with lots of swimming
options, three outdoor pools, two kiddie pools, an indoor pool, five
hot tubs, and a sauna. There's also a putting green, shuffleboard
court, basketball, fitness center, playground, gas barbecue grills, an
indoor racquetball court, and a full-time activities staff.
Complimentary laundry facilities are available to guests.

A great vacation spot for families, Tennessee's Tree Tops Resort is an
absolute favorite for families. Set among the beautiful woods with the
breathtaking Smoky Mountains as a backdrop, guests enjoy everything
from trout fishing and secluded hiking paths to nearby downhill skiing
in winter. Exciting Gatlinburg offers no end of activities and
attractions with shops, amusement parks, and much more, all at the
gateway to America's favorite National Park.

Tree Tops Resort's units include one and two-bedroom units that
comfortably sleep 2-6 guests. Furnishings include a fireplace, hot tub,
cable TV with DVD/VCR, iron & ironing board, central heat and air,
telephone service with direct numbers, and private balconies. For
cooking in, fully equipped kitchens have all the utensils and small
appliances you'll need. To make your stay as stress-free and as
comfortable as possible, we recommend you bring the following items
that are not supplied by the resort: pool towels, coffee, cream &
sugar, specialty cooking appliance like a crock pot, shampoo &
conditioner, lotion, your favorite pillow, additional blankets, night
lights, plug in fan for sleeping noise & comfort, and plastic food
storage containers, as we do not recommend leaving food items open or
out on countertops at any time. Please contact the office with any

or 7 will have 7 steps down after exiting the elevator. Units 451-465
have steps, and no elevators are available.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in
forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
