The Neighborhood:

This cabin is tucked away in the scenic Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, just minutes from downtown. You’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the action. The Roaring Fork Stream, which flows directly from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, runs just behind the cabin—and it’s stocked weekly with trout! Don’t forget to grab a local fishing license and enjoy one of the area’s favorite pastimes.

Getting Around:

The roads to the cabin are fully paved and easy to navigate, but as always in the Smokies, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive—especially during colder months or inclement weather. The cabin is only about 1 mile from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg.

Other Things to Note:

• The Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly by the City of Gatlinburg. A fishing license can be purchased locally.

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

• This cabin sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.

• We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin is easily accessible with paved roads all the way, but 4x4 is helpful in the event of inclement weather.

• The fireplace is wood burning. Firewood is not provided—please bring your own.

• This cabin has very limited parking. Only ONE vehicle can fit in the designated space. A 2015 Ford Explorer (7-passenger SUV) fits in the spot, but anything larger will not. Please review the listing photos for a visual reference and plan accordingly. While the parking may be tight, the cabin is truly exceptional and worth it.

• Cabin features high-speed WiFi and smart TVs (no cable service; bring your smart TV login credentials).

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.Ā Ā Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.Ā Ā Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.Ā Ā It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.Ā Ā This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! It was spotless, cozy, and had the perfect rustic charm while still offering everything our family needed for a comfortable vacation. One of the highlights was the incredible wildlife. We saw a bear while relaxing in the hot tub, and the next morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the porch as a mama bear and her cubs walked right across the bridge in front of the cabin. It was such a memorable experience! The soothing sound of Roaring Fork flowing nearby created the perfect backdrop for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Between the beautiful setting, the clean and comfortable cabin, and the unforgettable wildlife encounters, this was one of our favorite family vacations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true Gatlinburg mountain experience.

Great space overall and the location is great. The stream next to the cabin is nice and has rainbow trout. The space is renovated and comfortable. Parking is fine and we had a large vehicle. There were a couple of issues to note: the hot tub did not have a cover and after two days of rain it turned green; many dishes and cups had chips in them; no hair dryer and we couldn’t open the pull out couch. Overall I’d still recommend the cabin because the space and location are great. One other note is we did have a bear in the yard one morning which I wasn’t expecting near town but they are all over the area.
