Our chalet is perfect for hosting 3 families, or 5 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 10 guests maximum please. Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.

Large lot just on the border of the village of Ellicottville with the sidewalk going right by the house. There are also 6+ state parks within 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, regular coffee maker, and ground coffee. We have fast wifi, board games, a fire pit, a grill, and 2 smart TV's.
