Great space. Comfortable. Close to downtown.

For large groups this is a great option. Close to town and well stocked with towels and coffee making option etc.
Very roomy. Nice porch with comfortable chairs and cushions. Lots of games, big screen TVs. Comfortable beds.
Owner gave us the wrong wifi password. Smoke detector kept going off in kitchen when we used the toaster. Door was left wide open when we arrived so we felt a bit nervous upon entering.

We all loved our stay. It was just what we hoped for to visit a town for a family wedding.
The location was perfect! We could all walk to town for the wedding and walk home. There was ample space for people to sleep and many places for people to hang out. EXCELLENT LOCATION! The owner Jess was easy to reach if I had a question and he answered my question instantly. We asked to have early check in and it was available and very helpful

Great location, great space for a group
The location was very convenient to the Village of Ellicottville shops, restaurants and bars (~ 7 minute slow walk) The house was a large size to accommodate a group (we had 7 with plenty of room)

Great stay.
The location is terrific and the house was spacious. It's definitely set up to entertain a large group. Could be a great place for a rehearsal dinner or similar event.
I contacted the number listed in Bookings.com several times but no answer, so I was a little concerned I'd get there and not be able to get in. Fortunately, the door was left open, so we didn't need keys. Didn't care for the paint and maintenance stuff left under the counter where we were hanging out. The step off the deck should be expanded all the way across - my brother stepped back thinking the stairs were there, thankfully he has good balance.
