Guests at Oakmont Resort love the indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie
pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. On-site, there's also a
putting green, shuffleboard court, horseshoe pit, fitness center,
playground, and basketball. Barbecue gas grills are available for your
use as well. The resort offers many activities and games to ensure a
fun-filled vacation including air hockey, pool table, and arcade games.
Be sure to ask about the weekly entertainment schedule at check-in. The
resort does not have elevators on the property. Discount tickets to
local attractions and shows are also available.

Pigeon Forge is one of America's favorite playgrounds and Oakmont
Resort is strategically located right in the heart of downtown. Many of
the most popular shopping destinations and tourist attractions are less
than a mile away. The nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park offers
excellent fishing, hiking, and horseback riding, along with some of the
nation's finest scenery. Pigeon Forge and neighboring Gatlinburg
feature amusement parks, ski slopes, crafts shops, and loads more
vacation fun.

One and two-bedroom units feature queen-size beds and queen-size
sleeper sofas. There are color TVs with cable service, DVD/VCR, a
whirlpool tub in the master bath, hairdryers, an iron & ironing board,
central heat and air, and telephone service with direct numbers.
Completely equipped kitchens have a stove, microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator, all utensils, and small appliances. We recommend you
bring: pool towels, water shoes for use at the pools, coffee, coffee
filters (units have automatic drip coffee pots), cream/sugar, specialty
cooking items such as a crock pot, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, your
favorite pillow, additional blankets, plug-in night lights and plastic
food storage as area exterminators recommend that no food items be left
open or out on countertops at any time. Bedrooms have ceiling fans but
if you need a secondary fan for noise please provide it. Please contact

There are stairways leading to all upper units. The resort consists of
7 buildings, each with up to 3 levels, and there are no elevators. If
you prefer a ground floor unit, please contact the resort to be placed
on the waiting list. However, they cannot guarantee that all requests
will be fulfilled.
Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and
electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay
duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly
to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking
price.
Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in
forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
If confirm close date (48 hours or less prior to check in time), you
