About this apartment rental
Large Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, with Jacuzzi in master suite. One block off of the parkway, couldn’t be more convenient. We have a pool and hot tub on property and athe river is behind the next building. Elevator access to condo to make entry Seemless. You will be within walking distance to many shops the LeConte convention center and many restaurants, as well as several attractions for kids.

I wouldn’t call it luxury but it worked for our family. The parking lot, pool, elevator were a little run down but it’s very close to restaurants and attractions. The unit was comfortable and gave us the space we were looking for. (Note: only 2 of the 3 bedrooms have TVs) Bedding was good and we all slept well. The place was clean.

Host is incredibly quick to answer and help. Right in the middle of pigeon forge. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here with my 3 kids and my spouse. The inside of the apartment is clean and has everything you need besides toiletries and laundry detergent.
The location was our problem. It’s at a complex that looks like a truck stop motel. We would have been better off at a hotel. We didn’t feel safe there at all. They had people outside that caused us to worry. I’m not sure if the complex is an apartment building or a place for suspicious activities.
The pictures of the pool area is extremely deceiving. The pool was shut down and pool area didn’t even look anything like the pictures. It was dirty and small. If it was open, I wouldn’t let my kids go in it. If you’ve seen the Netflix series Ozark, the motel the family stayed at when they first ran, then you have an idea what I’m talking about. We needed up cutting our trip short and left.
