CozySuites presents a brand-new, premier condo in Tempe, located on the scenic Town Lake. Centrally positioned by the river, park, and watersports, as well as the greater Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale area, this condo is perfect for leisure, spring training, and business travelers. After exploring the area, unwind with a dip in the pool or jacuzzi, and enjoy a night by the fire pit with friends. Each condo offers all the comforts of home and much more!

This cozy apartment is ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travelers, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

We are located on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona, near the Mill Avenue District, a popular destination for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Just 11 miles from Phoenix and 4 miles from Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city featuring beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves like the Hayden Butte Preserve. You'll also appreciate the close proximity to attractions such as the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park.



Getting Around:

Ideally located close to different attractions, there are definitely a lot of options getting around the area!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
