• A hot tub is present on the property and visible in some photos. Please note that it is permanently inoperable, does not contain water, and is not offered as part of the rental.

• An outdoor fireplace is present on the property and is visible in some photos. Please note that it is not operational and is not available for guest use. The fireplace does not have a gas hookup and cannot be used for burning wood or any other fuel.

• The primary guest is required to sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID.

• Pets are not permitted at this property.

• Linens and towels are not provided. Guests may bring their own or contact us for information on local linen rental services that offer delivery and pickup directly at the property.
