The home has a crisp modern feel with a fabulous eat in kitchen and back deck overlooking a small forest. Situated at the entrance to the North Fork, you have easy access to the Hamptons, Long Island Sound and Peconic Bay only 1.5 hrs from NYC.

The house is equipped with a light exercise room, den with kitchen bar, a fire pit, ping pong table, and mini foosball. It is perfect for a quiet retreat or group gatherings and provides easy access to the outdoors and the North Fork tranquil vibe while offering the convenience of shopping just minutes away (including outlets for the rainy day and plenty of restaurants). The house is also minutes away from the Long Island Aquarium and Splish Splash. With three rooms with queen beds and one with two twins, the house can accommodate most needs.
