Upper River Cottage - Main Floor & Upstairs, hot tub, near SF River trail & park

Unwind and relax at this spacious home near the Spanish Fork River and trail, SF sports park, rec center/waterpark, fairgrounds, shopping, and I-15. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and baking, and there are plenty of activities nearby. Take in the beautiful mountain views from a fully fenced backyard (shared with occasional guests in the separate basement apartment) with a deck and patio are perfect for spending time on the property, or guests can take a two minute walk down the street to access the SF River trail. The patio also has a saltwater hot tub!

The space
This unit has a master bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, half bath, and living and dining rooms on the main floor. An office, full bathroom (w/two sinks in a separate vanity area), and two additional bedrooms are on the second floor - one with four twin XL beds (bunk beds), and one with a queen bed. A pack-n-play is available in the closet of the bunk bed room, and it fits perfectly in any of the bedroom closets in the house.

There will occasionally be guests in the basement apartment. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours in the evenings and early mornings, but some sound will sometimes still travel upstairs. Sound machines are provided in bedrooms to help everyone relax.

Guest access
This is the main floor and top floor of a home. There is a separate apartment in the basement, with a separate entrance and no internal access between the units. The main floor unit shares a fully-fenced backyard with the basement unit. Parking for the main unit is on the street in front of the house. The garage is not accessible for guests.
