Family Friendly 5BR Home Near BYU in Provo, Utah

Beautiful home with great amenities and a friendly and communicative host - highly recommend!!

This was a nice home in a nice neighborhood. It was in a great location for us as it was very near to BYU and we were there for our granddaughters graduation. The house could use some upgrades and/or TLC. There were 5 bedrooms so it gave us lots of room to spread out which was nice, a lot of room for the price. The beds were comfortable. Pretty bare bones in the bedrooms but that's ok, it was just for sleeping. It was clean for the most part but needs more detail to the cleaning. The cleaning supplies were all empty and there was no soap provided. I sent our host a list of issues that we found as the check-in instructions had asked us to do and never received any reply. Communication was pretty good until I sent the list of issues. All in all it was a decent stay.

Nice home for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and perfect for our group of 10. It was nice to have 2 1/2 baths also. An older home, so of course we took that into account, but overall a good stay.

Location was great. It was easy to get to everything we needed. We really enjoyed that the host had some essentials there. It was clean, just worn down like older houses get. The beds seemed more like full beds rather than queens. My biggest complaint is that outside in the corner of the backyard there were lots of logs with nails sticking out of them. Made it difficult for me to let my kids play in the back without me worrying about them getting hurt.
