We believe in being upfront with our guests so you know exactly what to expect.
Private Basement Apartment: Our apartment is located on the lower level of our family home and has its own separate entrance. Guests enjoy a private living space with no shared indoor areas.
Entrance Access: The private entrance is located on the south side of the home and is accessed by an outdoor sidewalk followed by concrete stairs leading down to the apartment. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.
Household Sounds: Because this is a basement apartment beneath our family home, occasional footsteps, creaking floors, and normal household sounds from upstairs may be heard. We do our best to minimize noise and provide a pleasant environment for our guests.
Mattress Comfort: Both bedrooms feature firm, supportive queen-size mattresses. We understand that sleeping preferences vary and want guests to be aware of the mattress firmness before booking.
