This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Cascade Nook. We absolutely love it for our family of 4. It has everything you need. Off street Parking is always a bonus. For a basement suite we find it quiet. Our travel plans changed and we needed to check in a day earlier. The host was very easy to work with and able to accommodate an extra day. Payment for extra day was a seamless transaction thru the vrbo app. We are always happy when we stay here, and look forward to booking this home again.

Near perfect stay. The basement apartment has a very open plan - living, dining, and kitchen area. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. You could occasionally hear footsteps upstairs, but it wasn’t an issue. Host was very communicative and helpful. We will 100% stay here again.
