Nice, New 2 Bedroom, Orem State Street, close to UVU/BYU

Very friendly approach, answered questions quickly, quiet and accessible to many of the places we needed to go.

Don't let the exterior fool you! This is an excellent stay. It was one of the best-stocked, most comfortable places with a generous and relaxing vibe because of the host's easy-going kindness. The bathroom and kitchen are super nice, immaculate, and have everything you might need (no dining area but the couch and coffee table worked fine). The linens were very clean and high quality. The location is great for zipping around Utah Valley. We attended a conference at BYU and it was an easy 10-minute drive each day with easy parking and entrance (it's a basement apartment, there are stairs, but it’s easy to get in and out).

Everything was smooth and easy. Great communication. Everything was well stocked. I would stay here again.

The owner is amazing at communicating. Located in basement of old building. but clean inside. Not recommended for old person or hot natured people. No ceiling fans, no control of AC, and steep/not very wide stairs to access. Overall it it was ok for the price point we were looking for. Plenty of paper products and laundry soap. Be sure to bring your shampoo/body wash if staying more than one night.
