Beautiful, new 2 Bedroom apartment on State Street in Orem. Close to BYU and UVU, TV’s in both bedrooms as well as the family room. Nice kitchen, close to park. Internet, TV, walking distance to shopping.

Layne was a wonderful host! Took care of a few things that concerned my wife. Super responsive and very kind! Location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Definitely would recommend!

It felt like being at home. I loved it. Simple things like a Ninja, a XBox, decor, large shower and bath…it was very cozy

The room was very clean and had everything in it that we needed for cooking, sleeping, etc. Would stay here again!

The owner is amazing at communicating. Located in basement of old building. but clean inside. Not recommended for old person or hot natured people. No ceiling fans, no control of AC, and steep/not very wide stairs to access. Overall it it was ok for the price point we were looking for. Plenty of paper products and laundry soap. Be sure to bring your shampoo/body wash if staying more than one night.
