Set within a brand-new building, this stylish and spacious 75 sqm second-floor retreat offers a modern and comfortable setting, ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a relaxing stay. The open-plan living area features a cozy sofa, a welcoming dining space for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner with ease. Large openings allow plenty of natural light to fill the interior, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.
There are two comfortable bedrooms designed for a restful stay. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom features a double bed, making the space ideal for up to four guests. The property also includes a modern bathroom with a shower and a separate WC for added convenience.
