Nestled next to Holyrood Park, you're just a 5-minute walk from the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace. Explore iconic sites like Calton Hill, Edinburgh Castle, and the Old Town—all within easy reach. Just across the street, the Meadowbank Shopping Center has everything you need right at your fingertips, including supermarkets, cafes, and daily essentials.
Please note that Arthur’s Seat Nest is on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator. We’d like to mention this in advance so you can make sure it’s the right fit for you—especially if you’re traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns. If you’re happy to climb a fair number of stairs, we promise the view and the cozy atmosphere at the top are absolutely worth it!
The apartment features a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a cozy second bedroom with a daybed, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with a spacious L-shaped sofa—perfect for enjoying the stunning views of Arthur’s Seat.
We love both pets and kids—a luxurious (matching the sofa!) dog bed is available in the living room, along with dog blankets for your furry friends. For your little ones, a travel cot with brand-new 100% cotton bedding and a high chair are available at the property at no extra cost. Additionally, we’ve stocked our home with toys and Scottish-themed children’s books to read at bedtime.
You’ll find two TVs—a 43" in the living room and a 32" in the master bedroom—both with Netflix and Prime Video included in your stay.
The spacious kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, and coffee maker. You’ll have all the cookware, utensils, and appliances you need right at your fingertips.
Both bathrooms feature showers, and the second bathroom also has a tub-and-shower combo. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.
