• Cleaning Schedule: Cleaning and linen changes are provided every 5 days. Extra daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: There is a strict NO smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of xxx xx (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
• Pool Maintenance: The pool is serviced twice a week to ensure cleanliness and safety.
