The villa features air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Just steps away from the pristine beach, this property offers the perfect combination of luxury and tranquility in beautiful Koh Samui.
• Electricity Charges: Electricity is charged based on consumption at a rate of 7THB per kWh.
• Group Restrictions: No all-male groups allowed. No groups of teenagers or young adults without multiple positive reviews.
• Overnight Guests: No visiting guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Booking Policy: We accept direct customers only; no agent or third-party bookings will be accepted. The main booker must be one of the staying guests.
• Cleaning Schedule: Cleaning and linen changes are provided every 7 days. Extra daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: There is a strict NO smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
