About this villa rental
A beautiful, bright villa with saltwater pool and sun terrace just 400 meters from the beach. Enjoys some of the most breathtaking views of Samui. A perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries.
Restaurants, bars and family-friendly activities as the butterfly garden, aquarium, temples and kitesurfing are close at hand as well as world-renowned spas, wellness and massage retreats. Part of the peaceful unspoilt southern coast of the island which affords such amazing uninterrupted views.
The Seren Villa offers a modern open plan living area with a well appointed chef style kitchen and dining for six around a beautiful locally handmade dining table. The spacious lounge benefits from contemporary furnishings including HD TV and the best WiFi internet on the island. For your comfort there are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the villa. The luxurious master bedroom includes ‘his’ and ‘her’ sinks, a rain shower with a tiled pebbled floor that gently massagers your feet whilst you bathe. There is plenty of storage with his and hers wardrobes with a free standing wooden wall dividing it from the sleeping area. The room also enjoys a comfortable super king size bed, at the foot of which is a sleeper bath for those self indulgent moments.
The other two bedrooms includes a rain shower with a tiled pebbled floor that gently massagers your feet whilst you bathe, wc and wash hand basin. There is plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes makeup table and linen basket. The rooms also enjoy a comfortable super king size bed with beautiful views of the lush green jungle and the sea beyond.
The owner of the Seren Villa has designed and furnished the villa herself, including many of her own pieces. They have taken a personal approach and extend their hospitality throughout your stay to make sure that your vacation is truly memorable. They provide information about the pig island, about where to go and what to see, the best beaches, the finest restaurants (Docter Fogs)and a personal taxi to take you where you wish to go.

My family and I just returned from a fantastic stay at the Seren Villa and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The villa itself is a beautiful, modern space with all the amenities you could need. The private pool was a highlight for us, as well as the stunning views of the sea and nearby island. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
The owner, has done a fantastic job with the design and furnishings of the villa. We especially loved her personal touch, with her own paintings and decor throughout the space. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious.
The owner and her staff were incredibly hospitable and took great care of us during our stay. They provided us with information about the island and were happy to arrange transportation and recommend the best restaurants and beaches. It was clear that they wanted us to have the best possible vacation and we really appreciated their personal touches and attention to detail.
The location of the villa is also great - just a short walk from the nearest beach and with easy access to all the best spots on the island. We couldn't have asked for a better location.
Overall, our stay at Seren Villa was absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and stylish vacation rental on Koh Samui. Thank you to the owner and her team for making our vacation unforgettable!

We will introduce you to your villa and the surrounding area. We can also arrange a transfer for you from your villa to your point of departure on the island, costs do apply. If you need further assistance we will be just a call away to help you with any of your needs and to make your stay a pleasant one.
The villa is situated on the southern end of the island. Greener, less crowded, quiet and with lots of privacy. It is close to tourist attractions, lots of nearby beaches and local restaurants. A kite-surfing school, Waterfalls, Aquarium, Mountain walks, Elephant sanctuary, Chocolate factory, etc. are all nearby as are many quiet relaxing beaches and beach bars.
To be eligible to drive in Ko Samui with free car.
All drivers must be over 21 years of age and hold a valid driving licence from their home country which must be seen.
We will hold the drivers passport for the insurance.
You must do a full inspection of the vehicle.
You must read the driving terms and conditions and agree to receive the keys.
All vehicles are AAA insured which is the best Thailand offer for the nominated driver.
All vehicles must be returned in the same condition that they were received in.
Our price includes:-
- Car, One hatchback 5 door salon and parking.
- Water and electricity - unlimited usage ( please be respectful to the environment as its very expensive and in short supply ).
- Maid cleaning service twice a week.
- Bed linen and towel changes twice per week.
- Guest management (English, Thai spoken).
- Strong WiFi throughout the property.

- Welcome pack on arrival.

Our stay at the villa was incredible - this is an amazing location on the island and the property comes with everything we needed to relax on our vacation. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We would have stayed longer if we could have!

We were 3 elderly couples. The house was as pictured. It was spacious & contained all that we would need. The view was extraordinary. Our hostess, Nuy was so sweet & receptive to all our needs. It was wonderful that she sent a van to pk us up & they helped a lot in moving up our luggage. She readily arraigned, at our request, laundry service, chef dinner & return transport. There was a car included. It was a very nice car, in great shape. It was cramped for 6 of us but we made it work. You definitely need a car. The house is high up a hill, which afforded us fabulous breezes, but you were miles away from most conveniences. The negatives would be that none of the furniture was comfortable. Most was hard wood or concrete. There was limited seating around the pool. It was very bright in the morning. It would have been nice to sit outside at the table but there was a little overhead shade but none to block the direct sun. The beds were all hard! We all went out & bought pads to supplement. In 2 bdrms, there were no dressers or drawers. Must mention that there are 37 high steps to enter the house. It was not something you did lightly. All in all, this house afforded us more than many places & we were able to enjoy our stay, making do with the circumstances. Definitely a great rental, at the cost.

Wow! The villa is even better than the photographs. Pranom is a very kind and helpful host, nothing is too much and she always had a smile on her face! The villa itself is spacious, clean and very well appointed. The outdoor pool area is lovely, and the view of the sea is even better than the photos suggest. The use of a car is very handy, and the car was clean and easy to drive! I recommend this villa for anyone looking to stay on Samui who wants a calm and beautiful holiday!
