Located in the Sandy Oaks Resort, with all the amenities like indoor heated pool and hot tub all year around, workout room with locker room and showers, club house sitting areas with Tv for gathering with friends, card games, board games or just relaxing, 3 separate shower and restroom buildings on sight, free storage yard available for your boat, or trailer, fishing pond catch and release, out door sitting areas picnic tables and benches throughout park, a very friendly exciting neighborhood.
This unit comes with everything. All furnishing are brand new inside, beds, sofa loveseat, coffee tables, 3 Tv's, dinette table for 6, cocktail table for 2. All the kitchen furnishings, pots, pans, slow cooker, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, absolutely everything is new.
The park here is set up beautifully, very friendly, lots of golf carts beautiful roads through out, nicely wooded with matures trees though out, a very relaxing setting.
