Stay at this 3-bedroom penthouse apartment in Parnell by Zodiak Stays. Set on the top floor at The Strand, it features stunning views of Auckland CBD, the Port and Rangitoto Island, ducted air conditioning and heating throughout, and three secure parking spaces. Guests also have access to a pool, gym, sauna and tennis court.

The Space:
Living Area
Open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, Smart TV, and large windows showcasing views of Auckland CBD, the Port, and Rangitoto Island. The apartment has ducted air conditioning and heating throughout.
Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen includes a central island and dining area with seating for 6 guests.
Bedrooms
Three bedrooms with quality linen and comfortable bedding. The apartment has a high-end finish throughout, with views from selected areas.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms (ensuites), one with a bathtub, plus a separate powder room. Towels and essentials are provided. The third bedroom does not have an ensuite, so guests will use one of the ensuite bathrooms.
Laundry
In-unit washer and dryer available for guest use.
Parking
Three secure on-site parking spaces are available for guest use.

There is the SkyBus to and from the Airport, or via taxi. For trains, busses, and ferries: Britomart bus and train station/Wynyard Wharf Ferry Terminal and Downtown Pier 4. You can also use the Lime Scooters to get around the city, as well as Uber (or Zoomy – NZ’s version of Uber).

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.
Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Property layout: 3 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms and a separate powder room. The third bedroom does not have an ensuite, so guests will use one of the ensuite bathrooms.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 6 x tea/coffee, 6 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
