About this house rental
Let yourself be seduced by this authentic Normandy mansion of 150m2 completely reinvented. A jewel of heritage nestled in a green setting of 1200 m², 15 minutes from Honfleur and 5 minutes walk from the small shops (mini-market, fishmonger, bakery, butcher, etc.) and restaurants of the city center.
Here, the country spirit meets color and art. Stroll through the garden, read in the corner of the library, play a few piano notes or enjoy the barbecue in the garden.
🛌 The house has 4 spacious bedrooms:
- A 16 m² blue room with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
- A 16 m² green room with queen size bed
- A 20 m² camel room with king size bed and beautiful illuminated ceiling beams
- A pink bedroom with a 20 m² with double bed and illuminated beams
🛁 Two bathrooms are available:
* A blue bathroom with bathtub
* A large green bathroom with 2-seater bathtub and washing machine
🛋️ The living room and dining room have been designed to share real moments of conviviality: two large 3-seater sofas, an armchair, a television, the internet box, a piano, a bookcase and a large oak table for meals. Two fireplaces add a lot of charm to the room (although they are not usable at the moment).
🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, Create fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, Create kettle and toaster, as well as all the necessary crockery and equipment (pots, pans, salad bowls, blender, etc.).
🍽️ Lovers of fine dining will appreciate Limoges crockery, stemware and everything you need for elegant and convivial meals.
🪴 Outside, you will enjoy a large garden with dining table, Weber barbecue, parasol, garden furniture and several games for young and old: Spikeball, volleyball net, Mölkky... The garden is lit up in the evening, creating a particularly pleasant atmosphere at the end of the day.
An outbuilding at the bottom of the garden provides easy access to the bins.
