Holly Tree House is a bright and spacious three-bedroom chalet bungalow in a peaceful location, just a short walk from Durlston Country Park, Swanage town centre, and the beach.
Living Area: Comfortable seating in a section which is open plan with the main dining area, Smart TV, books and games.
Dining Area: Large farmhouse dining table with seating for eight, French dresser, views overlooking the garden.
Kitchen: Newly fitted kitchen complete with induction hob, fan oven, freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor double bedroom, with wardrobe and private en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C.).
Bedroom 2: First floor king-size bedroom with built-in wardrobes, garden views, Juliet balcony and private en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, wash hand basin, W.C.).
Bedroom 3: Pair of single beds, garden views, Juliet balcony.
Family Bathroom: Family bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, wash hand basin and W.C.
Utility: Utility room in an outhouse located just outside the back door, which houses a washing machine.
