Situated in one of the most desirable Philadelphia neighborhoods, you are a walk away to some of the best restaurants and bars, live music or comedy shows.
If you need to go further afield, it’s easy. Right off I-95, convenient to hire a car downtown, rent a bike around the corner, or 10 minute walk to catch the El train.
This particular neighborhood of row-homes was built in the early 1900s for factory workers in what was once an industrial hub of the city. I bought this home over a decade ago at the tail end of an artist driven renaissance of the neighborhood and have lovingly rehabbed it in my own fashion. The bathroom is luxurious and you will find it quite comfortable.
