Spacious
There was no mention of having to give an additional $150 deposit and almost a week later still have not received it back and I left that room looking better than I arrived. Don’t appreciate having my money held hostage and now looking like I’m going to have to reach out to booking.com & my credit card to get it back. Very unprofessional! I guarantee the cleaning people were in there right after we checked out and there’s absolutely no reason it takes a week to hold onto a deposit that was not even disclosed upfront upon booking.
