For your comfort and tranquility, you have a private, covered and secure parking space inside the enclosed property (access by a gate).


The interior spaces
The apartment seduces with its volumes, its authentic hexagonal floor tiles and its character furniture which give it a timeless holiday atmosphere:

The living room: A spacious and friendly living space, bathed in light thanks to its three large French windows opening onto the outside (two of which are secured by opening grilles). It includes a welcoming dining area and a lounge area equipped with two large comfortable benches installed in front of the TV.

The open kitchen: A room of character with its retro green earthenware, perfectly equipped to prepare good summer meals (traditional oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer and a side table).

Bedroom 1: A large, bright bedroom with a comfortable double bed, an antique wardrobe converted into a shelf and a wardrobe rack.

Bedroom 2: A second bedroom just as welcoming with a double bed, ideal for a second couple or children.

The bathroom: A neat vintage bathroom with shower, large sink, rattan mirror, bidet and a practical shelf for your toiletries.

The toilet: Completely independent for more comfort on a daily basis.

The Garden & The Outside
The shaded terrace: Located under the pretty arches of the house, it hosts a wooden table ideal for your cool breakfasts or your long summer evenings.

The private garden: An enclosed space, perfect for relaxing on the garden chairs or letting the children play in complete safety.

The outdoor shower: A superb wooden layout! The absolute pleasure of rinsing off with warm or hot water, in complete privacy, when you return from the beach.

The beach: Only 500 meters walk in a straight line (direct access, flat and very easy).

Amenities: Shops, bakeries, restaurants and the port of Saint-Cyprien are all within easy walking or cycling distance.

Cleaning : The accommodation must be returned in a state of cleanliness identical to that of arrival, with a maintenance report to support it. Otherwise, a flat rate of €80 will be deducted from the deposit.

Laundry (Option): €50 per stay (provision of bed linen, towels and household linen).
