Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this inviting Maui getaway offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
Step outside onto the private lanai and enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or meals while taking in the beautiful ocean views and tropical surroundings. Inside, the bright and airy living room features soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, and large sliding glass doors that create seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-concept design flows into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, full-size appliances, ample cabinetry, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-size bed with convenient access to a full bathroom. Upstairs, the spacious loft serves as a second sleeping area and offers a queen-size bed along with access to the second full bathroom, making it ideal for additional guests seeking privacy. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides accommodations for two more guests, allowing the condo to comfortably sleep up to six.
Located within the oceanfront Papakea Resort, guests enjoy access to beautifully landscaped tropical grounds and a variety of resort-style amenities. Spend your days relaxing by the swimming pools and hot tubs, playing tennis or pickleball, practicing on the putting greens, or enjoying outdoor meals in the community barbecue areas. The resort's oceanfront setting offers spectacular sunset views, seasonal whale watching, and convenient access to nearby beaches, shopping, dining, and local attractions. Complimentary parking is available for guests.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the B Bldg is slated for 8/13-8/24/2026.
· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
