The apartment is located in the basement of the owner’s house in a quiet area. It is practically right next to the hiking trail along the Brunnenaue. A great starting point for hikes and bike rides on the Jasmund Peninsula. Shopping options are a 10-minute walk away. Distance to the sandy beach: 8 km; to the ferry terminal: 7 km; to the train station/public transportation: 1 km.
- With a living area of 60 m², the vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people.

• The living area features a couch.
• Two flat-screen TVs are available
• A dining area with 6 chairs is also available.
• The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer.
• The 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. In one bedroom, the beds can also be pushed together.
• The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer
