About this house rental
Feel comfortable in our holiday home on the Brunnenaue in Sagard, which was completed at the end of 2010. The place Sagard is a centrally located place with the rural character of the Jasmund peninsula in the north of Rügen. It is not a typical vacation spot. The house is in the center. It also has the advantage that no tourist tax is due. The nearby train station enables you to travel by train! You can reach our house within 15 minutes on foot or by bike in less time. You can of course store your bike in our lockable garden shed.
The house is centrally located, in the immediate vicinity is a village street.
3 bicycles (2x women's bike, 1x men's bike, 1 children's bike 24 inches) are available to our tenants free of charge.
It is also possible to rent and have e-bikes delivered. Corresponding flyers can be found in our house. A child bike seat and bracket is in our garden shed, which you can also use. In the garden house you will find the garden furniture and tablecloths, a grill (Weber grill) and other garden accessories that are at your disposal. Furthermore there are sand toys, 1 scooter, 1 bobby car. Books, audio books, game collections, CDs, DVDs (children's films) are in the living room closet, as well as in the children's room.
The use of equipment / bicycles and children's toys are at your own risk.
The parking spaces on our property are only available to the respective tenant.
Use Sagard as the basis for your hikes, bike tours or swimming days, and visit the nearby sandy and pebble beaches in the immediate vicinity. Visit one of the oldest churches on Rügen and learn how Sagard became the first spa. Take a wonderful hike to the Königsstuhl in the Jasmund National Park or visit the old chalk quarry and the chalk museum in Neddesitz. Here you will also find the famous Jasmund Therme, where you can relax with a swim and sauna on rainy days or in winter.
The climbing park in Prora and the treetop path are very beautiful.
Anyone who would like to ride can do so wonderfully here. Recommendations are available in the house (trail riding on Rügen).
Due to its generally very convenient location, you can easily explore the most famous places on the island by car, bus, train or bike. You will find sufficient shops, doctors, pharmacies and restaurants on site. Behind the house you have the opportunity to use the terrace and enjoy the evening sun while your children are playing in the garden.

The Martinshafen and the Bodden can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
The lower floor of the approx. 80 sqm house consists of an open room with living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, the entrance area with cloakroom and a small toilet.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a TV, CD player, radio, DVD player and some board games and books, audio books and children's DVDs and DVDs.
The room is very friendly and bright thanks to the four large patio doors.
The upper floor comprises the bedroom with balcony, children's room with catamaran bed (delivery of a baby travel bed possible), bathroom (with shower, toilet, washing machine) and offers a total of max. 5 people.
In the high season, arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays.
Please inquire with your own arrival or departure requests, otherwise the booking will not be accepted.
Arrival is from 16:00. You contact our administrator in front of the Rügen Bridge. He will then receive you at the house, hand over the keys and explain everything.
Out of season, arrival and departure are more flexible.
All rooms are bright and friendly thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows.
A new comfortable garden lounge stands on the terrace and invites you to linger.
The exterior facade was renewed in September 2017.
The garden finally has its own gardener and is being looked after more intensively. The interior was repainted in 2018.
Prices are calculated for 4 people. A fifth person only on request !!!!
