Welcome to your stylish riverside escape in Setúbal—a bright and character-filled loft designed to make you instantly feel at home.
Located directly on the Sado River, this unique ground-floor loft blends vintage charm with contemporary urban style, combining warm wood textures, greenery, colorful details, and playful touches throughout the space. Large windows flood the apartment with natural light, while mirrored glass and exterior shutters provide comfort and privacy.
Ideal for couples, remote workers, or small families, the open-plan layout creates a relaxed and airy atmosphere perfect for both short getaways and longer stays. The cozy mezzanine sleeping area is especially charming for children, creating a fun loft-style retreat they’ll love.
The apartment features two bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable lounge areas—everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.
Ideally located within walking distance of Praia da Saúde, the marina, parks, cafés, restaurants, and Setúbal’s charming old town, the loft offers the perfect balance between seaside relaxation and vibrant local life.
Our loft is right in front of the local harbor on the banks of the Sado River. Ideally located just a few steps from the beautiful Parque de Albarquel and the local beach, Praia da Saúde. On one side, within walking distance (200 m), you’ll find Setúbal’s main avenue, Luisa Todi, where you’ll discover supermarkets, cafés, and shops, as well as the quaint historic center. On the other side, it opens up to the parks along the Sado River and the famous waterfront restaurant district. Everything is within walking distance.
Please note that the loft features varying ceiling heights throughout the space, which are part of its unique architectural charm and character:
• Common areas (living room, dining area, and kitchen): spacious 3.80m-high ceilings
• Bathrooms: 2.20m ceiling height
• Downstairs bedroom: 1.90m ceiling height
• Upstairs mezzanine bedroom: cozy 1.68m ceiling height
• Upstairs lounge/chill-out area: 1.50m ceiling height
For bookings with additional guests, an extra bed can be set up in the upstairs chill-out area.
- No parties or events;
- No Pets;
- Quiet Hours as required by Portuguese law from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
- Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioners when you are not in the apartment.
- For stays longer than 10 days, we provide a complimentary weekly cleaning service, during which we will change the towels and bed linens and perform general maintenance on the apartment. This does not include routine cleaning or tidying up of your personal items, such as washing dishes, taking out the trash, or tidying up.
- After a day at the beach, please shake off the sand outside so that the showers don’t get clogged.
